all items, fabric, makings, craft, hat bits, homewares, xmas deco, etc etc

as Imperial arcade is going to be re-furbished so heaps of shops there are on sale.

ooh! thanks for the tip-off! i'm not certain my craft and projects-to-be-finished cupboard can squeeze anymore in, but if i move this here... and that over there... hmmm.
